V-notch electric ball valve is a electric actuator of electric-unit combination instrument with the advantages such as small size, rigid, high precision, sensitive action, which adopts the direct feedback and indicator when the angle changed to realize the proportional regulating in receipt of the on-off, 4-20mAC or 1-5VDC signal. The switch type product can operate only by the single-phase power, also can realize the parameters regulation including pressure, flow, temperature, the level of liquid and so on. The plug with the V-notch incision can rotate reversely & correspondingly with metal seal valve to produce shear force to cut off fibre and prevent the block. This valve is special suitable for mud and fibrous media, and suspended solids containing minimal media.
V-notch electric control ball valve with superior regulation performance are widely used in various industries such as petroleum and chemical, fine chemical, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage treatment, boiler feed water, which realizes high precision flow regulation and cutting off for the pipeline medium, so as to ensures the production process according to the certain specification.

Unique V-notch structure for the plug solved the control stability problem of traditional ball valve.
For the stability of flow regulation, the EQ% characteristics can make the open degree between the controlled object and the valve tend to linearity. When the valve opens, the flow increases very slowly. The plug type determines the valve properties, so different open type of plug , and so the same diameter of the valve has different CV values and flow characteristics.
