With the top guided structure, pneumatic diaphragm straight-through single seat control valve is equipped with multi spring actuator to present compact structure, light weight, flexible action, S streamline flow, small pressure drops loss, large capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly etc., which is widely applied in precise control services such as gases, liquids and other media, whose technical parameters include pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level maintained at a given value. The valve is especially suitable for the working occasion of small allowable leakage, small pressure drops in front and back of valve.
★The top guided single seat control valve has compact structure, few components, easy maintenance.
★ The metal plug is suitable for various occasions to meet IV leakage standard, and soft seal plug reaches up to VI leakage standard.
★ The body is designed to be equal section flow according to fluid mechanics to realize 30% increases of rated flow coefficient.
★ With large rangeability, inherent rangeability is 50.
★ The actuator supports multi spring structure to reduce 30% height and weight.
★ As bellows seal control valve, fully sealed of moveable stem is formed to avoid fluid leakage.
★With thermal insulation jacket, control valve is applied in the occasions of crystallized fluid, solidified jam.
